Is Unblur Image free?
Yes. You get 5 free credits on your first day, then 2 every day, and no sign-up is needed. They reset at 00:00 UTC. The local model runs in your browser and never uses credits.
How many credits does one image use?
It depends on the tool and the output size. In most tools, 1K costs 1 credit, 2K costs 2 and 4K costs 3. 4K needs a paid plan. HD Upscaler costs 1 credit for 2× and 2 for 4×, and free users can use it too. Local tools in your browser are free.
What does a paid plan unlock?
Any plan unlocks 4K output, UModel Pro and batch processing for up to 10 images with a ZIP download. Your images skip the 60-second free queue. You also get 5 free credits a day instead of 2.
Which credits are used first?
Your daily free credits are always used first. Plan credits are used only after those run out.
What happens if an image fails?
You get the credits back automatically. The same happens if you cancel an image before it starts.
Do credits expire?
Yes. One-time credits last 30 days from purchase. Monthly credits last until the end of each billing month and don't roll over. Annual plans add all credits at once, and they last 12 months.
Should I buy a one-time pack or subscribe?
Buy a one-time pack for a single project. It never renews. If you fix photos often, a subscription costs less. For example, 100 credits cost $9.9 a month or $14.9 once.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings, then Billing. In Subscriptions History, open the … menu next to your plan, choose Cancel Subscription, then click Confirm Cancel. Your subscription ends right away and won't renew. Credits already in your account stay until they expire.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final unless the law requires otherwise. Please try the free credits on your own photos before you buy.
How do I pay? Is tax included?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and don't include tax. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is added at checkout, based on where you live.
